A little about me...
I was a college athlete (Div. III Hockey) and am a life-long fitness enthusiast. These days, I run, bike, swim, lift weights, SUP, ski, snowshoe, and, like everyone else, play pickleball. I view nutrition as a fundamental part of training for the life I want, allowing me to constantly pursue my next PR, stay healthy and injury-free, and feel my best. After a first career as a college professor, I became an NASM certified Sports Nutrition Coach to help others leverage nutrition to support their goals.
